Need Help on SQL to copy all accounts and characters to migrate to new database

hi everyone is there a way to copy or should i say extract from current database all accounts including there stats and items to another database., hope someone could answer thank you so much!

hi im using TT 11.70.28 w. sql 2008 i want transfer all the accounts & items becasue i want to test zteam season 8 ep 2 database is it possible? thank you karli

i'm not well good with sql 2008 but im sure its possible yes.
