HELP - GM Tool empty, house bugs

As the titles says, i applied the patches and everything needed, game runs almost perfectly now, got the latest clint version from NCSoft but the GM tool shows up, but all the letters and contents are missing, some of the buttons show and work but no telling what they are for since it says nothing

Also when trying to register a new item for the houses the + button at the bottom of the screen is missing, and when clicking the space where it supposed to be nothing happens, nothing pops up or anything like that

Edit - And another bug jsut showed up, when selling items they dont show in the selling window, on any NPC
