MSSQL Problem

Need Some Help Why If i install my MSSQ server 2008 r2 express! there are 2 error

Currently, I would suggest you following these steps to fix the issue:

Remove all SQL Server components from 'Programs and Features'
Backup the registry
Delete the following keys in regedit:
--HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server
--HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSQLServer
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall and delete all the sub-keys referencing SQL Server
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services and delete all the keys referencing SQL Server
Rename all the SQL Server folders in the computer
Reboot the machine
Install SQL Server 2008 R2 again

do you mean i delete all of parts of this?

If you don't know how to do that you shouldn't be hosting a CABAL server in the first place.
