Phoenix 3.11.0 Connection [0] from [ IP ] dropped

I have a problem, my server would not connect, it throws me from the server off. Where can the problem to lie?
As far as I know from my firewall State.
config files are also as good as set.
And to the swf is not know, because server drops me out.
Who can help me here?

Make sure you have set secure sessions to 0 in server_settings and make sure the server IP isn't IP banned :P:
