Saint's Forcecalibur / Legacy Weapon editing

Basically, I am able to do the serverside part of the editing and I tested my damage and critical rate ingame to confirm my edits are working. However, I cannot get my client to actually show the new bonuses when I hover my mouse over the Forcecalibur (it shows nothing, as if the Forcecalibur gives no bonuses), and it also doesn't add the bonuses to the Character screen. (For example, I have %103 rate with Forcecalibur so I always crit, but my rate shows up as %65.) Which part of the clientside do I have to edit so these changes show up on the clientside as well?
