Has anyone run into an issue while using meds where the health can go way above 100% after lets say being swiped by a Zombie and healing with a medpak?

Can you possible elaborate on where that goes ? Thx for the help.
aLca you would think this, but codex likes to break things as he works and if you use a med it goes over 100 even though that is there. Its an easy fix, what aLca said is a starting point..
