how to clear the territorial maps?

i read from other post that you need to delete the city from /home/gamedbd/dbhomewdb/dbdata.
i did do that but i get an error. 1 service failed to start gamedb failed. is there another way to clear the territorial map and delete all guild back to zero but the roles remains?

I don't really know how to do it. But you are probably doing it wrong.

Removing it from /home/gamedbd/dbhomewdb/dbdata. Means you will delete it from the server (As far as I know)
