Does anyone here play guild wars?? I just started playing on your WoW server and just wanted to know how it will be different from WOW? And some common difference.

In comparision, GW is like the infant version to WOW. Many things in GW is just like in WOW the only difference is it's free... Uh... beyond that.... stick with WOW. I'm an ex-GW player had to come back to WOW.
Guildwars is very different from WoW, it doesnt look as childish and has a better community. For gameplay GW is all about pvp, the level cap is at 20 and you can get there in less than a day if you want to though there isn't much of a point, the rp side of GW is to unlock skills, after that you'll probably delete all but 1 of your rp chars and leave the other slots open for pvp ones. Today most of GW's best players and guilds have left, its mostly nubs that are still playing but as a new player you wouldn't really notice.
If you like games where you don't have to waste hours and hours to levelup or find some item, and games that are focused on pvp then you'll like GW.
yes, guild wars = wannabe sorta of WoW, and Guild Wars is free online playing, if im not mistaking, WoW cost money to play online, correct me if im wrong, unless you play priv WoW server, but priv. WoW servers seem to have some bugs in them, as all priv servers of everything seem to too, but WoW = o.0 landscape is unbelieveable, and GuildWars and WoW graphics are really good, as iod has done said, GuildWars focuses more on pvp, WoW will take awhile to beat and has more challenges i believe, if your looking for an easy game to beat, get GuildWars, if your looking for a game that you will like to play for a while thats alittle challenging, WoW's the way to go.

screw the role-playing side of it.
If it came to online 3d rpg, id go for WOW, or lineage.. guild wars is just not quite there.. ^^
Guild Wars is nothing like WoW - it's mostly focused on PvP which requires skill, and not the idiotic Higher level owning low levels...

Guild Wars you have to put effort in to work as a team and kill other people. the RP side is ok as well, and the fact they are bringing out new class's soon as well is an added bonus, I no WoW is getting new race's.
Over all in all, I like GW better than WoW, but I'll still play FFXI the most ;)

Guild Wars is more related to "Diablo II" than to WoW. GW is more competitive in PvP than WoW. It takes alot more skill at stratedgy. You don't really need to spend hours of leveling to be good, just make one RP char and 3 pvp chars.
well i think guild wars would be better if max lvl wasnt 20 as its way to easy to get maxed lvl although they are makeing the max lvl 30 so some ppl have been saying =/ but who knows i played gw for a while then quit it i got bored to fast...
It's not a game where youre supposed to level, no point in raising it.
I don't think that's true in level cap being raised - point of the game is to make your own build in combinations to skills you find most suitable for your style. Making it level 30, you can just max out all your stats, where's the point in that? <_<;
well i dont know and there is also an assassin in chapter 2 =) dunno what other charecters
Yeah... I played the game for about 2 - 3 months, got super hardcore... then stopped. It suddenly got boring, but let me say, when I had fun, it was sure a load of fun. I could go back to it... but I don't want to screw up my grades, was fine for summer though.
Beleive me you dont want to go back, everyone good is gone and everyones running iway.
