Launcher Problem

Sir Please Help me. In My First Attempt To Login , The Server Selection Dont Have my Name of Server then its said OFFLINE but in Hosting and site its ONLINE. Then after Close Launcher then launch it again within 30 seconds the Servername is There now and its online.

ill Check my Logs i founds my ip and its said block. where i can remove it?
