lol it is in your Media -> interface !
lol , first one post a false and stupid answer. don't view this thread again excuse me!
you post wrong loading screen is when you press start button and to enter on char and this is on media/interface but what you want is a character background who is coded on sro_client.
ahhh now i got the point...
