There are alot of people who have a emulator but dont know how to fix commands like:

Huh, i thought they were always fixed. But i use GTE so meh, who knows.

What do you mean? This was already added in Phoenix 3.11.0 but it didnt work (opensource emu from neto737).

Phoenix 3.11 did not have these commands. Atleast, not for public usage.

These commands worked for the latest Phoenix, all you needed to do was put your ip in 'phx/override.php' I believe.

How exactly are these fixes? They break the command, this is allowing for those who DON'T have that command to use it and those who have it aren't able to use it.

You did it wrong, with the code in bold: IF they have permission = don't run command and if they don't have permission, let them run it.

So if the admins have the cmd_makesay permisson they can't :makesay, but all regular users can, I'd love to abuse that especially since I could do
