Teleport player to main map from Originations @ level 10?

Anyone care to explain how to make a level cap for Originations- say level 10 and once they reach that level they will be teleported to Archosaur?

Place of Origination is meant to last a character till level 20, just saying.. but it's possible, yes

Its by quest, requirement on level 10 it'll auto trigger the quest and teleport you to the location you want then.
