If I charge rp and stop then after ~18 seconds rp will start to go down?
well Original DBO after you charge your RP
it's about 5 to 7 seconds to your rp decrease;
5 to 7 is impossible. I watched multiple videos and always 15-18 seconds until rp starts to decrease.

Nooo, it would go away if you die. But I can't remember how often. At least for scouter it would go down by 20 if I am not mistaken. As for armor and weapons, I have no idea..

can I wear more than 1 item which have attack speed bonus? or only main weapon have attack speed?
1200 will be faster.
Both of them can have att.speesd bonus. The same goes for armor. Like, you can have constitution, dexterity, focus and etc on all 3 armor parts (jacket, pants and boots). Even dogis can have some kind of bonuses but I don't remember if they were possible in this early build.
Basically, if my memory isn't fooling me, both main and secondary weapons can have same stats. Oh and the same goes for accesories. But a lot of time has passed and I don't remember most of the things.
in beta version dont exist atack speed weapon and sub weapon is very low speed 1/2% speed incress no more

You don't lose LP while in SSJ, only EP. When EP drops to 0 - you lose SSJ.
In kaioken, you can have 0 EP - you will still maintain it. But when your LP reaches 10% - you lose Kaioken and only then CD starts to count (6 mins).

Kaioken 1x = Attack Power +20%. Crit Chance x2. LP -115/4sec. EP -150/4sec.
Kaioken 2x = Attack Power stays. Crit Chance x3. LP -115x2/4sec. EP -150/4s.
Kaioken 3x = Attack Power stays. Crit Chance x4. LP -155x3/4sec. EP -150/4s.
Therefore
Maximum Attack Power Increase = +20%
Critical Chance Increase = Multiplyed per level of Kaioken
LP loss = 115 multiplyed by level of Kaioken
EP loss = static at 150 per 4 seconds.
Attack Speed is Doubled and is static.
Move Speed is approx 1.5x faster (not known by the rate. The 15 days Bike was a 10 movement speed increase, the Kaioken was slightly faster than the Bike so I'd say about 15~20 increase in movement speed rate)
And btw, about knockdowns - have you noticed that "knockdown" animation while fighting mobs? it shouldn't happen. It's a bug. It can be only seen when you use special effect of skills (there are 6 bubbles that skills have and they contain: att power, cd reduction, cast time reduction, duration increase, knockdown and EP use reduction). This happens when you use KNOCKDOWN effect (bubble) on SOME of the attacks. All of the skills doesn't have those bonus effects and often they have most of them but not every one of them. Like, buffs of course cannot contain att. power and Knockdown. But heals can have increase att.power (they increase healing power). And even if you use knockdown, in later versions (idk about this one) that animation isn't shown - the person is knocked on it's back but the camera angle doesn't change and isn't slowed down. (http://youtu.be/IUwYojVFcBw?t=1m6s as you can see, when you hold down skill button longer that effect occurs and bubble pops up in the screen - then, if your attack hit, you knock down the opponent but camera angle doesn't change. that camera angle change was removed because it was annoying and would just get in the way while pvp'ing)

But can you configure it so we wouldn't see it random during a fight while we don't even use KD (knockdown)? It's really annoying
Anyway, if you need any more help - just ask it all here. I'll try to answer all questions regarding original DBO. Although I'm not completely sure about my answer accuracy. There are plenty info in DBOCOM so I kinda trust that web.

You could try that. But can you see that during a fight camera angle changes randomly pretty often? Just watch a few DBO videos. That shouldn't happen

If mobs then do every mob drop dragonballs ?
you can reward dragonballs in quest lvl 1-20 and can in event time drop in mobs

The first Dragonballs you got it is by the quest(and have only ONE wish you can see at videos(because i don't remember))
Then after that you can only get by 2 type of event:
Dragon Ball Hunt: where in your radar appears a mob holding a little percentage of drop a Dragon ball(you need kill a mob 3 level higher than you if you a level 10 you need kill a mob lv 13)at least or you need kill a mob stronger than you(Remind: the Boss Mob have more chance to drop than others mob) then its a random % to they drop...its not always 1% if i remember the drops was about 0.0001% to drop(maybe we really need change this)
this event if me,you and kalisto get all 7 dragon ball...and i go make a wish, you need wait to make your(or use other Dragon Altar)
and Dragon Ball Scrumble: where in entire of the channel(or server i dont remember now) only ONE player can get the 7 Dragon ball example:
Me are holding a dragon ball(1 star)
You are holding another dragon ball(2 star)
Kalisto are holding another dragon ball(3 star)

Not every mob drop dragon balls...only mobs that stronger then your char(if i remember in client-side have a packet with Scheduled event,something like that)
Edit: as you see above in the videos, when you are at event, in client will show a icon with Dragon Ball in the midle
Edit2: to see if the mobs still droping the dragon ball you need the chip in reward(after you clicked 2 times to open the item from Shenlong) without that Radar Chip(Equipped in your Scouter) you can't see at the radar ^^

After summoning shenron it will get dark for ALL players or only players who are near the player ?
If I remember, when you summon shenron with quest balls it doesn't get dark at all. When you summon dragon with balls, that drop from mobs or from scramble it gets dark for everyone.
However, shenron can be seen for everyone, it doesn't matter if it's quest balls, mob balls or scramble balls
Is it possible to identify items without shop? If yes, how and where?
