On a season 1 bugless and stable server, how many players do you think could be supported with this VPS?

My mean is vultr is best vps provider for cheap and fast.

We should use 2gb ram vps or more to online server, but i think with 768 mb ram can be 30 players online.

For season 3 atleast 1-2 GB ram is needed,30 players max is a risk mate he wouldnt need to change host everytime its better to have 1 and good which lasts.

cheap != good..
