Mithos Mu Web 0.2

Hi guys, my name is Flavio Hernandes, I am Brazilian, my english is horrible :(, but come on, This is the project I've been developing for some time, is still unfinished :(, but already has interesting features follows below for more information

- Support for Templates
- Support for Plugins
- Rica configuration API
- Mssql connection (I can not use PDO in my operating system, but as a FREE WEB hope someone will develop a module for connecting to the PDO)
- Panel ADM
- Support for internationalization (not ready)
- Written in PHP 5.3
- Among other things

- Navigation windows
- All configuration will be done by the web panel (via wizards)
- All shipping is via AJAX
- System Access Control and User Groups
- Managing Plugins and Templates
