The problem is in the settings for time, date. there you change the numbers and what you use

its apperantly not safe to use it i checked the comments

WARNING: DONT USE THIS! HE IS PUTTING MANY EXPLOITS IN THE SOURCE/EMULATOR!
THIS EMULATOR ISNOT SAFE!

If it has such warning, then don't use it. Just use a GTE release that is shown on the Habbo releases and has trustful responses :):
