DB Connection failed

Hey when i start
certification
global manager
machine manager
download server
gateaway
farmmanager
agentserver
then sr_schard i get an error DB Connection Failed!
and then when i start sr_gameserver i get DB Connection failed! please can anyone help me with this problem ?

Check your Certification ini files, database names are incorrect there.

i checked it but its correct there :(( idk what to do now

Sorry, forgot to say... Check your IIS info and everything connecting with databases..
