A3 New Web API FULL Upload Please

please someone upload new web api in running condition with guide information of configure on IIS Manager.

There is no New api for a3.

Than how run Config the A3 web Registration api website

Comeon man, this is not fair. @kraavienator, you are just asking like without searching any where for the solution. moreover , u are not at all giving us enough information to guide you.
First thing to do is, note it down. what happens if u run the web app, next check whether is there any prob in files downloaded, next find out what is the prob you are facing, next get a unique topic on prob u r facing and search in google for sulution. infinite solutions are there out in internet, next make a note about all possible solutions for your prob which you are thinking that the solution worth a try to your prob.
This is not the way to ask help or request files (WORKING FILES that too). Contributors are wasting time for creating such a wonderfull master piece.
Its your responsibility to make a workaround, atleast try an available workaround for your prob.

no running i think some type of bug in old and new version php IIS Sql Server. i think wasting of time here
