I need some help in (3 PROBLEMS)

First :
I want to create a new mobs with new colors, for example Tomb General Uniques in Jangan Caves, They have same moves/attacks , but with different colors, And i want to create new mob changing color only, I failed to do this. Any hint/guide?

Second :
I want to disable showing the Baghdad in Map

Third :
I want to put new NPC signs in Map i know the editing must be in worldmap_localinfo.txt file, but i've edited it and the sign doesn't appear
The Red boxes mean i want to add new signs like this but in other places
