Fatal cannot read text file EmailTemplate <----------- HELP HELP

the email thing is normal, ignore it (is a template email you can send from SMC when you ban char, etc)
idk what say that windows, but i bet billing is dead (billingserver not working)

ok that error is nothing to worry about and has nothing to do with your billing server , its just a basic autosending email responder used by SMC to send a ban notice to a persons email address they used to create their account with since this is use on a private servers and email verifacation is not used it has no where to connect to anyways , so forget about it or put an a text file in the template folder that says test.txt or email.txt and if you ever get email verifacation then it will read off the text file as a statement on an email as to why they were ban.

False Errors :
Keep your Eyes away from it, it's false errors doesn't matter.

Disconnecting :
Check your DBConnect.asp again in your IIS
