I think that the forum numbers talk itself about this.
Using as example the I3Core, one of the most important topics created about Point Blank at here on RZ.

One of the most viewed (if not the most) thread, almost a million and a half.
+ high count of people interacting.

This is a great game with high amount of players.
Only need a section, and experienced people interested on it to work and become the better that this game can be.
