You should make exp atleast like 30x and remove seals from xshop that none would have advantages, my opinion here.

It's fine , max level is 400 with no reset , doesn't matter if you get there sooner or later right , the point is to have fun and look for items

Why u start server when people sleep? i dont get it..

he only reason can be that u expect 3000 ppl online so you afraid of full servers. But as i can see server is not for 3k online :D
You will start and night so online will be 5 maybe 10, next day maybe up to 20 but not sure if ppl will join cuz there will already be others who started from start (those 5-10 ppl) with 200-350lvl and they just wont contest.

Server doesn't look bad but administrator loks crazy and dumb as fuck.

There are 24 timezone , you guys make it like the world revolve around you guys or something.
It;s an international server , you shouldn't demand admin to open server to your liking.

Best thing to do is removing ranking list. Problem solved and if some people want to rush level, they can still move to unlimited reset server. I dont quite understand why those rushers even playing no-reset server, why they dont just create server with max exp and no reset. Zero dedication for max level in 1 hour and potencial webshop sounds good, isnt it?
