Error to creat an apartment [Mercury]

I use mercury 2.3.1 which(who) is in development by the Brazilian developer, when I want to create an apartment, I click to create an apartment (it is the new browser), that disconnects me express, how can it be done?

Does the emulator show any errors or exceptions after the disconnection?
