Skilltree Combo Strengthener

I have problem in Combo Strengthener i cant add point on it i have already done with Required (Level 7 skill of 10) see image below...

Note: I can only Add Combo Strengthener if I do add points on Blood Storm which means its an appropriate action.

someone know how to fix?

Note: That combo strengthener will only works if i add points to Blood Storm.

hmm add 10point to blood storm

you masterskill 3 is wrong. thats why you cant add points in it
