From my understanding, it was made by some devs who left softnyx, the company behind gunbound. This one is a little more similar to scorched earth though.
i'm suprise they aren't arrested yet xD
U get finned for stuff like that not arrested and gunbound is a rip off of worms so enjoy ;)
