Error in Game Server - Login frozen

Hi, I have an errror in my MuServer / GameServer (0.99c) which freezes me login to access the game. Please if you could help me, I would appreciate. Attached Image:

i dont know about ports but well do you get this after you start your server or after few minutes/hours ?
what OS (operating system) you have?

I have Windows 7 64-bit OS. Thanks for replying, although I possess this problem on the server bro :(

PD: You think this influencing the operating system on this error? What you would recommend me? My server is version 0.99c. thx again.

Yeah well u might have few options here..
1st i would check if every updates are installed on your PC.. and then re-check the issue. cus u might be missin something like service pack on ur system and stuff.

and next thing i would do its change OS to be honest to windows 2003 sp1 or windows 2008 which should work finely.
