As the thread name asks, checking on top 100 lists, I'll find sites with registration pages that don't allow you to proceed past reading a TOS or are just filled with gibberish, did a search on here and I can't find anything about server files since about 2 years ago, anybody know if servers can and are emulated, or if all of these sites are just hoaxes and I should quit looking?
