I just checked my database and I don't have that stored procedure, so that make explain it. Check your database like this: http://puu.sh/duG45/accbd4f855.png
Hopefully you know basic SQL, and can change your website script to use usp_CreateNewAccount instead. Post back if you need more help but if this is the problem it should be a pretty easy fix.

Dude, come on. Read the argument. All you did was change the name, obviously some of the other code needs to be changed too so it actually fits the procedure. I'm not going to give you any more hints other than look at the stored procedure inside of SQL Server Management Studio and have what's inside the registration script match those arguments. If you cant get it then maybe someone else can help you out more.
