1.5.1 Auth Error (on dedicated server need help x-x

I didint get this error while installing in my local server, but when moved to dedicated (same linux)
it give this error every time, re-installed linux over and over and over for more then 14 hours now getting the same error,
everything else is online, Except for the authd I need this fixed up to day 18
lots of players waiting =/

Invalid xml ? never seen this error but from the looks of it, it could be an invalid xml, verify it see what you get.

you have to filter login/password entry, authd is crashing because there some login with & character, or your mysql password content & character
