New Account Reset Point + Zen - Season 8

Can you guys please give me SQL codes to
New account/New character = Give zen + Reset Point(Giving 5 reset, 500 point, So 500x5)

Also, What's a working Editor for Season 8?
That can editor Ragefighter without any problems.

1) There isnt a fully working editor for S8, use mueditor+TT
2) Use MuCore Scripts for reset+points on SQL
