MuMaker - Season 4 Set option is not right

Hello!

My Server is Season 8 EP2 and im using a old editor(MuMaker 1.12)

I'm trying to make a Set for MG(For example) and when i add options like DSR, Ref and DD + hp
it give me:
Life,
DD, - Correct
Increase Maximum Life 4% - Incorrect, Also give me 4 same options

Can someone fix it or recommend a editor that will work for Season 8?

Try Titan Editor mate its what i used for my server MuMaker is for old like s6 e3 below.

I tried Titan Editor with zTeam files.. When I try to edit, it will give me a error.

But let me look at the item part..

I used MuMaker to create it.. and add it in vault.. but when i open vault. its blank
