Good cpu say dual core or quad, above 2ghz will suit, 2gb of ram, 20gb of storage but some say more some say less for me, I used to run mine on c:/ drive ssd. 512mb graphics ram (min) recomend 1gb or 2gb personally, an 100/1000mb ethernet, but 100mb is ok for a few freinds not a football team. Thats about it anybody feel free to add anything i may of missed, and sorry for the wait on a reply.:top:
I ran servers 0.40-0.52 in various configurations. Key requirements - minimum 2 cores (not HyperThreading!), 3 GB of RAM (because the server is in normal configuration uses up to 2 GB, and still have to leave something for the OS :) ), high-speed drive (6 TB/s HDD or SSD) requirements for the graphics card is not fundamental (HD3000 have coped well as ATI 43xx, and GeForce 610). This is when you use a 32-bit OS.
If you want to run multiple servers simultaneously - OS 64-bit + 2 GB of RAM on each server, other requirements are not fundamental.
Essentially the requirement for the Internet channel - output stream must be sufficiently high speed, approximately 0.3-0.5 megabits per one slot (e.g., 64 slots ~ 20-30 mbit/s of upload).
Also I want to see startup options -maxmem, -CpuCount, -exThreads - can not be used.
