[RAN ONLINE] Developer with server files

As the title states -- I'm looking for a developer who can work with us on our upcoming server. We are devoted on getting this one up and we have plenty of ideas as a result of our brainstorming for months. Now, we're looking for someone who can:

Develop new items/add items.
Work with the other developers
Client/Server files with school wars
