I am having a problem setting up my v83 server. I can log in, and play, but when my friends connect, they log in, and enter there pic, and it boots them back to the homescreen where you log in. I have portforwarded. Thinking it might be something with the server constants, but I dont really know. Willing to teamview. Please help :*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*:
I am not sure too sure what it could be but can you post your server constants? I believe this has something to do with loopback?? maybe? not too sure never had this problem... Are you using hamachi?Quote:

It makes a connection to the host, so how could it be a problem with the constants? They can connect to the game, the game connects to the database since their character gets loaded. Are they using the same game files as you? Check if there are any mac blocks or channel limitations. Maybe it really is the loopback as BLazeking558 stated.

and your database name is MoopleDev, correct? I do not see anything that is popping out, "Fix me!". Are you sure you disabled loopback? Cause that is normally the problem when it comes to this sorta case. Cause his connecting just fine until he puts his PIC in then it throws him the home screen. It has been awhile since I ran a v83 server, I am running a v117.2 right now..... I am on skype now if you wanna add me: kindman322
