What the hell is going on with PHP+MSSQL?

I am out of Mu Online stuff for years and holy molly, what's happening? Why can't I install these damn drivers? Why did they have to make this so complicated?

My real question is, what are the requirements to install+develop a Mu Online website? Isn't Apache+PHP+MSSQL Server enough?

You can use Xampp... it's pretty good
