Head Titles

Hello,

There's a weird looking problem here below: http://i.imgur.com/9fgBu0q.jpg

The problem is that there are 5 head titles on the character even though this character is just freshly created which also happens to all characters created. Anyone can give a hint for this? Thanks :D (server version 158.2, base was 117.2 which did not have this problem + some 155 stuffs from that source)

You have to send a packet when you login. In GMS there's a packet sent when you login that deals with head titles. Just login and sniff gms or leech it from a source.

Has something to do with the date of the server. I encountered this before too. I'm not sure that's the exact cause but I know changing the server date for event quests fixed it for me

That's one option as well, but a safe bet would be to send the packet @sunnyboy mentioned just like the official servers do. I'll find it & post it here in a few minutes.

Ohh, i see. Thanks :) I guess i'll wait for the awhile for the packet. If that's not possible i'll have to find it myself >.<

I can't seem to find it, but if you sniff the official servers, it should be a packet that contains several -1 values.

I refer to this opcode as EVENT_CROWN as it relates to GMS's old crown event.

I attempted to learn more about it one day, and it's a little weird.
Each FF is a seperate index seperated by an empty string. Each of these bytes will go up to 9 and show a different title, you can view which number goes with what title here: http://pastebin.com/FyCAvfpZ

The opcode is 0x117 for v158.2
An example packet that clears all titles: 17 01 00 00 FF 00 00 FF 00 00 FF 00 00 FF 00 00 FF
