Problem with C4 items not showing after editing

I added 99 custom weapons to my own test servers which all worked prefectly but somehow the C4 weapons and armors dosen't show anymore, theres model for it but the texture is gone, i only have white models for the armors and nothing shows up for the weapons. I checked all the dat files and i can't find any mistakes at all, i didn't move or changed anything i just added the new lines below it. Anyone mind to tip me off?

I think you need some sort of texture pack. It was like that when I played at l2extreme until I downloaded their texture pack.
