Bug update skill after lvl110

Hello! mates, i have a weird bug while trying to UP skill after lvl110, the skill shows the next update requirement only before lvl108-110 then it's like the skill is max updated and when i try to up skill the client crashes and after that when i log again and go with my mouse pointer to that skill, the client crashes...and so on!

i cant up skills after lvl110, client crashs when i up any skill after lv110...any help please!
