My Shard Data

And what is the problem?

My advise: stop to be developer if you dont know to restore .mdf....
is so hard to give a right click on Database and use attach and import .mdf? wow is so hard...

I'm with you BadFist, but if he mean that the mdf and ldf files are taking huge space on his hdd, so he could make a new backup not on the same baks!
