Added Custom Bows & Crossbows to Server and Client

Hello for all, I return to mu dev.. and I make something NEW I add fully server side and client side custom BOWS to High Elf class on my project AI Julia (that I'm coding again and this time better than before). you can see this cool and not existing mod on online servers from today here:

Can you share fix for harmony on socket item? Because DarkSim function is not complete i think.
