Ban command bans proxy IP

Hello. When I IP ban someone their IP isn't getting banned, but instead my proxy IP is getting banned.
I am using Butterfly Emulator. And I tried another emulator it worked, but it dosent work on mine.
I've been going through the source (all files in habbohotel/support) but i didnt find anything.

Could anyone please tell me how to fix this?
