I'm having some problems with painting / terrain texture that gets this problem in several custom maps .. Does anyone know how to solve?

It is the Rsbuild, doing this problem, you cant solve it, without deleting the WZ.bins and rebuild them new.
after that, everyone, who has downloaded the newest update, need to restart the computer, (because the Map is loaded in the Cache.
