How to Find localhost key value and compare it with Harepacker iv Key value

Because lack of english skills, So far I only just looking T^T
but I am always grateful for shared a lot of useful information, that information were really helpful to me.
I did run into a problem. Because Ability to solve a problem myself is not enough,

--- problem like this ---
this version is kms 1.2.95 (same gms 0.90,, previous big bang)
Though haha`s repacker(and stredit), All version of kms are opened, but this version does not open
I think someone changed encryption(or encoding)
( wz file and localhost[maplestory.exe] )

After analyze the iv key value of repacker`s maplelib.dll ( maplelib.dll is located in the open source Google ) and find localhost key value, People who solved this problem tell me compare localhost key value with repacker iv key value. and Make repacker fit this version.
So i've tried hard a few days, but in vain
I welcome anyone with knowledge about this problem
