[help] Users cant connect to server

hey guys ,
my friend cant connect to my server ... he can access the launcher , serverlist , Marketplace and so on but if he cant connect to my gameserver (the gameserver is visible for him in the serverlist) ... can anyone help me out ... i preshade all help !
