How to get topstory images work in r63 me.php?

I have a little problem with my r63 hotel news. I have tried to path topstory images few times, but nothing helps. Its still blank.

Does anyone have any idea how can I get this work?

Im using revcms habbo edit.. and its a pain in my ass.
