short answer: MuWeb ....
btw. there is a very nice forum-search button.
Yes, MuWeb 0.9 should work on 97d, but it's really old and outdated website, so there could be some security problems etc. Better will be to use newer CMS and adapt it for 97d, but only if you know PHP, otherwise go for MuWeb.
