Dont do this... What is your problem? Your server freezing or what ?
Sometimes it goes down because antihack ... :) and in case the curret of hosting are going down and the "computer"is restarting to open the server automatically.

doesnt seem just simple as u say..
u know the only way its like: when u install a program (example skype) u add it on msconfig and it opens when ur PC restarts, so if u can do it that the muserverstartup.exe or whatever files u want to start run through msconfig startup then thats good.
