Room Setting Error

Hello,

For as long as I can remember there has been something bugging me on the original Habbo and all other retros I have been on. The issue is that in the rooms settings menu the basic tab is selected but the moderation tab also shows as selected but isn't. Look at this image here and you will see what I mean. If the image is too limited, It was taken from the original Habbo and I had the basic tab selected but the moderation tab shows itself as selected.

I was wondering if this is causing by something in the actually habbo.swf or if it may be something wrong with one of the game files. If I knew where it was I would try to fix it because it really annoys me but I don't want to spend so much time looking it the wrong places!

If anybody knows where it can be located to fix this I would be glad if you could say.
