and i'd like if you explain to us how it work and about the donation item if it is usable as refreshable item such as speed up , or perm item that gives you buff as long as you have it in inventory

For the first time it is like u said with perm buff as long this item is in ur inventory, but ill do Updates for it time by time.

You can add Speed to please?

can this item stay forever w/o time
and is the item used for these buffs
is refresh item by right click for example 'medicine' or just normal unclickable item in your inventory giving these stats?

I hope i Got you right,
you can choose which item it has to be but i do recommend an non usable item, and ye these buffs are as long you want,

PS. The 2nd update doesnt work well but the dll still can be used

so just normal item is recommended like golden coin or so
and it can last (buffs) for ever aight?
