Ok I am at my wits end me and another dev have been working on this for a while with no success. I am trying to get rid of the santa spam in aipolicy and fix warsoul. I have one that all works in but its in chinese and when i try to save a new one its corrupt ive read on here about editing the first few bytes of the file but that doesn't seem to work either that or i am doing it wrong anyone mind giving me a hand?

Ive used many of the forum posts suggested and as Psytrac and others have said, hex editing the AIpolicy to match the original would fix the issue. However, when I check the new file and compare it to the old, I see absolutely no difference. Ive used TC's file comparison function to see if I maybe missed a spot, but all that tells me is that the differences are exactly the two spots Ive been trying to fix (Santa's msgs and changing Counter 6>5 for Warsong). Hopefully someone can provide some insight, been trying to avoid posting for any help until Ive exhausted all possible options, but seeing as crucifix posted about this as well, thought it wouldnt hurt to explain the issues Ive been having as well.

same issue as all the other editors unknown type issues i have a hex editor i can use just need to know what part needs to be fixed
You can try mine if you want, I already removed the spamming broadcast

actually that is easy to remove santa broadcast spam
you only change 2161 procedure 1 0 0 to be 0 0 0
thanks guys yeah it was saving the file i was having issues with but seems I have resolved it with a bit of tedious trial and error with the hex editor
